On Job Training (OJT) is an integral component of the MBA program that provides students with a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge gained in the classroom and practical application in a real-world environment. This training aims to equip students with both technical and non-technical skills that are essential for success in the industry. Each student shall undertake an On-the-Job Training (OJT) at the end of Second Semester and complete the same before the commencement of the Third Semester.
