   Research Policy and Code of Ethics:


The Institution encourages the MBA and PGDM faculty members to conduct research both in the area of their choice and interest to integrate latest knowledge. A faculty member is eligible (appointed by Management as a full time faculty) to undertake research depending upon his interest and specialization. Research includes practical views of experienced personalities, observations, critical interpretations and elaborative analysis. Research also comprises of knowledge creation, compilation and its communication through text books, reference books, study materials, monographs etc. In addition, research includes innovative and creative initiatives undertaken for the benefit of the academicians and society at large.

Institution is expecting that the Researchers should contribute original literature either for a research paper or for a case study. The Research Committee endevours to check the originality of the literature before suggesting any publication by going through Urkund Plagiarism Software. The Chairman is authorized to expand additional members in Research Committee depending upon scope of research.

Institution is allowing faculty members for Publication of Research Papers, Case Studies, Research Articles in reputed National or International Journals or in journals approved by UGC and for presentation of the same in State, National or International Level Conferences, Workshops and Seminars.

Institution is also supporting faculty members in deciding priorities of research activities and projects, to develop linkage with affiliating University for conducting research under QIP and BCUD Funded Research Projects, UGC and other agencies Funded Research Projects.

Institution is provides Financial Grant and Academic Paid Leave for attending Conference, Workshop, Seminar, FDP, MDP and Research Paper Publication in Journals. Faculty member who desires to conduct FDP / MDP / Training Programme / Consultancy outside the Institution for any organization should conduct the same with approval of Dean Academics. The remuneration received should be shared in the ratio of 70:30 between employee and employer respectively.

The selection of the faculty will be done on the basis of the merit and the experience of the faculty for any external and in-house Training/FDP/MDP, Conferences, Workshops and Seminars at State, National or International Level. After the training, concerned faculty member should share his feedback and inputs of training and research work with complete details to all departmental staff members and students.
